Fuimos y estaba haciendo mucho calor en las habitaciones, por lo q nos dijeron están mejorando las instalaciones para poner aire acondicionado.

La habitación asignada no era lo que habíamos requerido, no tenían claro el saldo adeudado por cada habitación que eran diferentes, el televisor de una habitación no servía y tocó pedir cambio, había muchos mosquitos y tocó pedir fumigante, la jabonera de un baño se cayó, no había servicio de restaurante y nos recomendaron un domicilio que llevó las cosas 2 horas después y frías y ni siquiera nos alcanzaron platos para servir, no ayudaban a cargar las maletas y en general la relación costo - beneficio no fue nada satisfactoria, pues sentimos que pagamos mucho por muy mal servicio.
