We were pleasantly satisfied with our stay. The hotel staff genuinely care about their guests and do their best to accommodate requests and wishes. The hotel itself is a lovely place to stay and enjoy the holidays with a good variety of food. Be sure to book your spot in a la carte restaurants upon arrival to secure a place. A special thank you to Yannis and Kiara for their excellent service and hospitality. The room service lady was always cheerful, attentive, and a delight to meet each day. We would also like to recognize Jordan, the lifeguard, who was extremely helpful around the pool — arranging shade, ensuring safety, and always being friendly and approachable. We also appreciated the beach towel service by the pool, provided by a very kind and helpful staff member. Additionally, thanks to Michalis at the beach bar for his friendly attitude and great service throughout our stay. The lobby bar was another highlight of our stay, and thanks to Theodoris for his great drink recommendations and professional service.

The only downside was the challenge of finding available sunbeds by the seaside. Many guests would reserve them with towels and then leave for several hours, preventing others from using them. A clearer policy on sunbed reservations would make the beach experience more enjoyable for everyone.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit tollem Meerblick. Das Essen war sehr lecker, auch in den Themenrestaurants. Mit dem All-Inclusive-Buffet waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht. Auch die Nähe zum Strand sowie der schöne Strand selbst haben uns sehr gefallen. Bei den Zimmern sollte man realistische Erwartungen haben. In der Galerie werden viele sehr moderne Zimmer gezeigt, die nur einen Teil des Hotels darstellen. Unser Zimmer war eher schlicht, aber dennoch sauber und wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Die Getränke haben uns insgesamt nicht gut geschmeckt, insbesondere der Hauswein war leider ungenießbar. Die Cocktails an der Bar waren in Ordnung. Am Strand gibt es zudem sehr wenige Liegen, sodass man sehr früh kommen muss, um eine zu bekommen, wodurch viele Liegen bereits früh reserviert werden. Außerdem könnte der Gebrauch von Pappbechern am Strand und Pool reduziert werden – wir hätten uns hier eher Glas- oder Plastikgläser gewünscht. Die sogenannte Strandbar ist eher eine einfache Strandbude bzw. ein Strandimbiss und bietet noch deutliches Ausbaupotenzial.

Персонал завжди був дуже привітним і уважним. Ми приїхали пізно ввечері, і мене приємно здивувало, що нас все одно нагодували. Загалом з їжею тут ніколи не було проблем. Особливо сподобався номер на першому поверсі з відкритою терасою та прямим виходом на газон. Для відпочинку з дитиною це було ідеально – донька могла в вийти погратися на траві. Приємним бонусом став безкоштовний мінібар, який регулярно поповнювали. Номер прибирали щодня, також щодня замінювали рушники. Мене приємно здивувало, що навіть стандартний номер був дуже зручним для сімейного відпочинку: велике двоспальне ліжко та окрема зона з двома односпальними ліжками, яку можна відокремити перегородкою. Цікаве рішення дизайну. Сподобалося, що в готелі є дитячий клуб. Також можна пограти у великий теніс, настільний теніс та зайнятися іншими активностями на території. Співвідношення ціни та якості повністю виправдало очікування, і я б із задоволенням повернулася сюди ще раз.

Серйозних недоліків я не помітила. Єдине, чого особисто мені трохи не вистачило – місця для зберігання речей у номері. Я люблю повністю розкладати речі з валізи в шафу, тому частину довелося залишити в чемодані. Але це зовсім не критично і не вплинуло на враження від відпочинку.

Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. Best all inclusive resort I have ever been!
