Breakfast was poor. Tried to pay extra for hot eggs but was told they were already hot If they were already hot, why would I try to pay extra for hot eggs.

Nice room with a great kitchen, good location to Bang Su train station. Helpful staff.

This place is not a hotel but rather a low-quality service apartment located across from a construction site that resembles a junkyard. The noise from motorbikes, cars, and people talking on the streets, starting as early as 4 AM and continuing late into the night, is unbearable. The room is very dirty, the bathroom has a foul odor, and the kitchen is in poor condition. The on-site restaurant offers very limited food choices, and there were no customers when I visited. The apartment is far from shopping centers and restaurants, with only a small 7-Eleven about 300 meters away. You are provided with just one towel, and when I requested a smaller towel, the staff informed me that they do not offer it. Additionally, the curtains have dried blood on them, and the kitchen sink is in a disgusting state. The bathroom is notably dirty and smells really bad. Access to the building and the elevator requires a keycard, and a separate key is needed for your room. A deposit of 1,000 baht is required for the keycard and room key.

IT’s swimming pool was very nice, ( salt water ). Close to everything I like, the overhead train was great and made getting around easy. Good 7/11 on the corner

Breakfast, terrible, everything pre cooked in warmers that didn’t keep food warm. Very minimal, no ham or bacon for foreign taste.

Location, location and again location. Away form main tourist location, yet fill to great food places and not far from main Bangkok attractions.

A bit noisy, every time someone is leaving or entering room, a slam carries noise throughout all floor, some guests completely disrespectful.
