Due to some congress party meeting in Belgaum, bell boy service was very slow as hotel was having many political guests and there is slight delay in support for normal customers.

Very nice hotel with western comforts, mostly good service, and restaurant. Wifi was good but had to ask for password.

Breakfast was stated to be included but was charged on check out. They did not respond to any messages through booking.com and some staff hung up unexpectedly when on phone call. The headboard for our bed was stained and needs to be replaced. Should provide casting to TV and airport shuttle.

Location was excellent and was easily reachable. Rooms was well kept, facilities was good. Was not able to see other facilities of was like gym and others as I was fully occupied tell checkout. Billing

Nothing to mention as of now. Tea sachets were not as per taste as it was only masala tea and not the regular tea sachets which was short cooking. When asked for regular Assam tea I was not given. This could be set right
