Excellent staff Excellent food Lovely room

Good location , a short drive to Belfast. On site parking. Room and bathroom nice and clean. Food in the restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced, the bar was a nice spot for a drink and a chat, staff in the restaurant were very friendly and service was good.

Noise from vehicle's leaving the car park very early in the morning, window in room didn't close properly. Had to pay a £50 security deposit, which was refundable.

Few issues down to me were dealt with swiftly and professionally..reception/bar staff and management exceptional!!Room and Bar outstanding was lucky enough to be there for monday club ..Fantastic atmosphere,live music and pint of magners..

It didn't have a lift

The staff were incredibly friendly and upon seeing a cane made the effort to find an accessible room on the ground floor – this was actually recognised by a new staff member and bodes well if accessibility training can be sourced and provided for staff and management alike. At dinner there was one extremely attentive server, who recognised there was an issue and promptly managed it! Keep these two as gold dust!

The room we'd originally been assigned was up a flight of stairs with the only lift outside the reception and around the front. The reassigned room while possessing a wet room was not accessible with spare toilet rolls out of reach of a wheelchair user. When we searched for hand soap, reception came to investigate the room, we did get 1 single small bar of soap. Dinner was in downstairs restaurant (not easily accessible without going outside and around, with no footpath) and only complaint there was starter was prawn cocktail with an extremely watery rose-marie sauce, had to be sent back. We got up for breakfast at 08.20 and the food was overcooked and cold either from being out too long or sat under blasting AC. People had been seated gawking at everyone getting breakfast too instead of being spaced around the breakfast dinning room.
