Das Zimmer beim zweiten Aufenthalt war zur Straßenseite gelegen und ebenfalls , auch nachts, sehr lärmbelastet Bad modernisiert, Halterungen defekt, keine Ablagefläxhen, keine Haken

Excellent stay at Balmoral from start to finish. Problem with the mattress in one room was quickly rectified by offering another room. Staff were all very polite and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic lovely choice . Overall a very comfortable stay.

Being the older generation the entertainment in the bar was a bit loud.

Hotel was grubby and dirty, stained carpets,sticky floors in common areas, food was really poor quality both for dinner and breakfast Broken towel rails in bathrooms removed painted over rather than repair or replace. Some staff were lovely some were abrupt Overall wouldn't stay again, definitely wouldn't eat here

Reception arranged an earlier check in and provided me with a packed breakfast as I checked out very early.

Hotel was nice, room was clean, bed was comfortable, but unfortunately no air conditioning, which was really needed in the heat wave. Only found out when we checked out, that we could have had a fan. The breakfast was really good!

Restaurant was nice, but unfortunately we had the steak, which was terrible. Gave us free desserts, to make up for it. This marred what was a really enjoyable stay. Don't let this put you off.

The hotel and hotel rooms were very nice. The staff were nice and helpful
