При бронировании номера не было указано что номер находится в цокольном этаже. Сказали на рецепшене хочешь номер на вернем этаже доплати. При бронирование номера у администратора спросили про возможность приготовить завтрак на пост. Сказали все сделаем. В итоге персонал не в курсе был. Номер не убирают нормально.
