Hotel Ristorante Lewald

The main reason for our booking was the location of the hotel. We also appreciated the availability of parking.

We had a roadside accident and asked for a late check-in, which was not possible. As we could not make it on time and had to find accommodation elsewhere we asked for at least a partial refund, which was denied. While we could still understand the lack of flexibility and adherence to the rules, we were honestly appaled by the hostile, aggressive even, style of communication. Would not book a stay there again.

Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig. Wer gut zu Fuß ist oder fit genug fürs Fahrrad, kann einen wunderschönen ebenen Radweg in die Altstadt nutzen, ca. 4-5 km. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, gemütlich eingerichtet und es gab einen wunderschönen Balkon mit phantastischer Aussicht. Ebenfalls sehr schön möbliert und gemütlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Auto parkt in der Tiefgarage welche ebenfalls auffallend sauber, hell und großzügig ist. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, viel Auswahl und sehr gute Qualität. Ein sehr schöner Innenhof, der zum verweilen einlädt. Es gibt ein Wellnessangebot und einen Whirlpool im Innenhof.

camera difficile da raggiungere due rampe di scale strette, camera con soffitto a travi diagonali da camminare solo piegati, odore nauseabondo provenire dal bagno ,aria condizionata cattivo funzionamento ,colazione pessima, personale poco disponibile prezzo elevato.

Pulizia, parcheggio coperto, buona colazione, personale cortese. Upgrade della proprietaria a stanza doppia uso singola.

Leider, hatte ich beide Nächte Mücken im Zimmer. Dadurch konnte ich nicht durchschlafen und wollte Fernsehen. Leider war das nicht möglich, da vermutlich das Empfangssignal über nacht ausgeschaltet wird. Dies ist jedoch eine negative Bemerkung auf hohem Niveau

As a motorcyclist I booked this hotel for the secure underground garage which also had a lift up to my floor. The room & bathroom were large, clean and fresh. The breakfast was ample.
