THE ROOMS WERE GOOD AND SPACIOUS, THE AIR CON WITH FAN WERE GOOD ALSO, BATHROOM WAS GOOD AND SHOWER AND HOT WATER WERE VERY GOOD, RESTAURANT DOWNSTAIRS WAS VERY GOOD THAI FOOD AS A PERSON WHO LIVED IN THAILAND A FEW YEARS BACK THE FOOD WAS TASTY, BREAKFASTS WERE GOOD ALSO.. PRICES WERE REASONABLE, LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT..AND BARTENDER AND WAITRESSESAS WELL AS FRONT DESK LADIES AND OWNERS WERE VERY NICE.

THE STAIRS WERE A PROBLEM FOR ME, I HAVE ARTEROSCLEROSIS IN LEGS AND BURSITIS IN BOTH KNEES, HARD TO GO UP AND DOWN BUT I MANAGED AD LIMITED TRIPS.

Spacious

Lots of stairs

Apartment type room. Big enough for 3 persons so its spacious. There is also hot shower. Kitchen has complete electronics and utensils. Has bamboo chairs and table outside the room so its good for lounging. There is also a shared balcony where you cam share it with others and also to hang your clothes during daytime. Also, downstairs there is a restaurant so its convenient when you want to eat immediately and not walk outside.

There is nothing. Everything is a great experience.

Right by the beach for the low price. Restaurant down stair but not noisy. Bed, showers are ordinary but not below expectations. Staff are easy to get along and always willing to assist. Matron owner she does not smile like the staff. Cheap food, cheap drinks and cheap diving experience.

BORACAY WAS THE DISAPPOINTMENT, ITS OVERATED AND THE GOVERMENT OF AKLAN IS TOO INEFFICIENT AND MADE THE EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE. You have to pay on different tax booths, the local goverment tax is more expensive than the boat ride, while Boracay is not as clean as it use to be(year 2002), its too cramped, too many unfinished building and broken roads. The beach is badly eroded. The local goverment in my opinion is too corrupt.
