Personale gentile ma incompetente , quando ci siamo lamentati che non c era acqua calda in hotel nessuno si è preoccupato di risolvere il problema.

Good hotel, very close to the beach. Breakfast was good, not too much food but if you want more you can ask for extra stuff and they’ll charge you for that

I accidentally injured my leg in the shower and, as it was already late, I went to the reception desk to ask for access to a first aid kit so I could disinfect the wound. The receptionist informed me that the kit was kept in the office, which was closed until 7 a.m., and offered me her personal hand sanitizer to clean the wound instead - off to a great start. As my leg was bleeding, I insisted on having access to the first aid kit. After contacting another staff member, the office was opened. However, the items provided — hydrogen peroxide, Betadine, and cotton — were all past their expiration dates (expired since May and September 2025). As a result, I was unable to properly disinfect the wound. I consider this a serious issue, as a hotel should always have a first aid kit readily accessible and must ensure that all medical supplies are within their expiration dates. Additionally, there were no sterile compresses available to cover the wound.

Excellent facility design. Super cleanliness. Very kind, helpful and professional staff. Very close to the white sand beach.

It takes time to get hot water to shower! The good thing is that the water is heated by solar energy. So it’s an acceptable trade-off!
