Lenox Hotel and Suites

Walking close to great restaurants, quaint old time grand atmosphere...lovely staff.

Unfortunate incident of inconsiderate smoker was not sternly addressed and room change was passed to next shift. But must say the bang and knocks of bottom floor water heat, though different, loud at times, part of the charm of of past grandeur and far better than the stench and headache from cigarette smoke.

My mom and I love old, vintage, antique things. This hotel reminded us of The Shining. In a good way. Everything still looks well taken care of and even the elevator was something cool for us to see. The different staff were all super friendly. It's definitely a hotel we would re-visit.

Great location, clean and simple room and great staff.

Room could be nicer/more updtated, but the old building had much charm. The heat was inconsistent.

The location was good, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the price for the room was quite fair.

I understand that the building is quite old, but in some cases (like with the windows during an extremely cold and windy night), I would have enjoyed my stay more if some aspects of the rooms were fixed or updated.
