Bucheon SR Hotel

I was only there for one night arriving very late and it was perfect for that. Centrally located. Near lots of cafes and a department store. Easy to walk around nearby. Staff were very helpful. Good amenities in the bedroom were provided. Large bedroom and lovely bathroom with shower and bath. Free coffee in the reception area. Very good value for money.

The furniture in the bedroom was a bit tired looking and cracked glass.

The location was great, and the staffs were excellent. When I talked with Mr. Shin Jong-Guen(신종근님) over the phone, I thought he was an owner of the hotel. He was unbelievably polite, friendly and professional. Also Ms. Kim Sel-whoa(김설화님) was very kind, thoughtful and professional. I truly enjoyed and respect them. They are absolutely awesome.

The interior of the room was very poor and the room wasn’t clean enough.

Nothing was good

The staff don't speak any English. We couldn't communicate.

Wow it’s was good . Location was so close to everything, market, many food , laundry, shopping 🛒 mall , 7/11 . Bad in room was comfortable, bathroom was good 😊. Shampoo and all other wow 🤩

In room was not many light, clean the room just if I ask .
