The hotel is run by a very nice multi-generational family. Breakfast is very good, homemade and varied , with delicious vegetables and cheese. The owner is always there to help. The hotel is within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. The rooms are comfortable, modern and clean.

Friendly family guesthouse, well located to reach all main attractions easily. Very helpful owner.

Great location near the Ark. Rooms are modelled on a madrassa style around a courtyard - and rooms are comfortable. Ayub arranged a good price for us to have a late checkout until our night train departed.

Breakfast was ok - not the best we’ve had in Uzbekistan, but still fine. Would have like more chairs in the courtyard so we could sit outside the room when we returned for a rest during the day.

The location is pretty good. Not great but good.

The owner Bob wants to make a dollar anyway possible. He calls your phone and asks you to come to the office if he needs something and it’s pretty unorganized and not customer service friendly really, it was my worst stay in Uzbekistan really and I stayed in a lot of places cheaper than this one. You can’t pay with card on arrival and he will give you a bad rate if you pay in foreign money. They will give you water and then ask you to pay later. lol just bad overall customer service. Decent stay. 5 or 6 is a good rating here

Property was close to most of the attractions. We rarely took a taxi here. We used to walk to the attractions. Breakfast was good. If ordering a Yandex taxi from Railway station, make sure to type in the name of the hotel rather than the address in Booking.com since it gets.
