Location and staff

The room and bed is very comfortable and the location is amazingly good. Dines and Alisha are very kind and warm and responsible. You can also have cheap laundry here.

No air conditioner

basic comfortable room, matrasses were really good, warm water in the shower. The breakfast was good, and the two ladies at the reception/breakfast bar were really friendly and professional

however, the man who works at the reception spoke rudely to my boyfriend who is nepali, addressing him as 'ta' which in nepal is considered extremely rude to a customer. Staff should be polite and professional to all customers, no matter their race or nationality

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is situated in a nice, recently renovated building in a calm side yard and very centrally located, just a few steps away from Darbar square. In addition, Alisha our host did everything to make our stay comfortable and make us feel at home.

The rooms do not have A/C. Although this is clear from the description I want to point it out as it might be an issue for some in the hot season.

Really lovely place!! Clean, super friendly and the beds were the best of our month in Nepal :D And Durban square is just around the corner.. Big recommendation to this place!
