The bed was comfy and the staff were excellent

Don't come to this hotel if you can't sleep with noise. The walls are paper thin so much so that you can hear people turning lights on in other floors. The whole week we had interrupted sleep due to noisy guests, TV's on in other rooms and people who have zero concept of how loud they are speaking. The door is very thin and doesn't block noise and the windows are single glazed and pretty poor. The pressure on the shower was poor to non existent the whole 5 days and we had no hot water until the last night. We did get a very small amount of money back for this issue, but the combination of noise and water pressure/heat couldn't make me recommend this hotel. The other issue is that we booked a room with a window but we had to have the curtains shut 24/7 because the heat from the sun goes straight through the single glazing and makes the room SO hot.
