Modern chalet in a beautiful village, check-in was great, room was modern with a nice bathroom.

Posizione vicinissima al centro, ma in zona tranquilla e rilassante. Personale molto disponibile e cordiale. Pulizia ottima e colazione abbondante

Struttura nella media, magari sistemare la doccia e coordinare meglio il personale dedito alle pulizie e rifacimento delle camere, iniziare alle 8 con gli ospiti ancora in camera/letto non è il massimo. Sarebbe meglio iniziare le pulizie dopo l'orario del check out.

There was no receptionist when we arrived and no parking available anywhere. We waited for the receptionist to come back ( one hour approx) and she told us that we could park in a very little road in front of a door. When we mentioned that the door was being used and that it would damage our car when open, she suggested we park in a private parking that was not owned by the hotel. We stated that we didn’t want our car removed by the local police as illegally parked and she didn’t give us any other option. The stay at the hotel didn’t start at all well! If you have a car, even if the hotel states free parking, know in advance that the hotel doesn’t have any parking spaces as adviertised. It was a very stressful stay, even if only for one night. The room was fine and clean. The breakfast was nothing special.
