La posizione è ottima, il personale è super carino e molto disponibile ad accogliere qualsiasi richiesta per trovare una soluzione. Anche la Spa è molto carina

Bisognerebbe assolutamente migliorare la colazione e il ristorante.

Had all the facilities needed for a ski trip. Nice breakfast Comfy bed Lots of storage in the room Sauna was great after a day on the slopes lift was a 10 minute walk (which is easy as a snowboarder but maybe not as skier) Lovely rustic village/town with plenty of restaurants

The shower was small in the room and difficult to turn around in. Towels didn't get changed, had the same ones for 5 days. The locker area for skis was pretty wet/dirty on the floor around 4pm The drinking glasses for breakfast were too small.

The hotel is very well located for access to the ski lift and town centre for restaurants. The underground car park avoids the need to clean snow off your car. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The beds are quite firm which wasn't too comfortable for the first night. However, we asked at reception and they put some mattress toppers on which helped with the issue.

Много приятен хотел,любезен персонал,чисто и уютно,добра локация. Храната е на ниво.

Душ кабината е много малка и неудобна. Асансьора беше постоянно повреден.
