Mountain View Lodge

It was located close to the activities we were interested in participating in. When I arrived, I checked in knowing it was a couple hours early. And the front desk was very kind and was able to get a hold of me when our room was ready. Heather was at the front desk and was amazing. She went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed. We will be back.

Cleanliness, location, beautiful view, great facilities for family

Mattress was too soft, could hear upstairs noises such as a footsteps and shower. Otherwise it’s great!

Pool, location, grill,

It's really noisy at night but that isn't the hotels fault. It was all the families staying there.

Honestly I had such a bitter experience that I can't think of anything that it is positive. Misleading information for tourists that led into a parking ticket and they blamed it on me. They are a MOTEL. Not a lodge or a resort. Plain motel. They accommodated our crew of 4 people in a 2 people bedroom. Poor WIFI connection.

Most of it the service. They go really rude with me. Ignoring my requests while I was in person and when I followed up by email they replied in a extremely rude way. Never been treated like that in hospitality. The price! It's a MOTEL. Not a lodge. NOT A RESORT DEFINITELY and it was almost as expensive as other actual resorts in the area. So Disappointed.

The property was very clean and well maintained. They offer BBQ’s in a covered area, with cooking utensils. Common area items not working were clearly labeled and an alternative was suggested. The room was clean and comfortable. They had a larger fridge, and the bed was an actual king and comfortable. The pool has lots of seating and is heated!

Nothing. It was lovely.
