"No te asignan la habitación que solicitas."

Solicité habitación con aire acondicionado y me asignaron una con ventilador. Me dijeron que haría early checking a las 10:30 am y recién al medio día estuvo disponible.

El televisor era antiguo, el personal me cobro una penalidad excesiva por una sábana manchada accidentalmente, me cobraron casi el doble de lo que costó la noche y casi el triple del costó de la sábana manchada accidentalmente.
