Der Rezeptionist war sehr unhöflich, obwohl er es sehen mußte das ich mit zwei Krücken gehen muss! Hat die längste Zeit telefoniert und mich völlig ignoriert!!

Amazing hotel! Great food! Nice people!

Friendly staff, order and cleanliness. Airconditioned. There is recreational area around the hotel, which one could enjoy (if not on business trip).

The hotel is about 20 km South from Budapest so you may hear landing aircrafts. The Wifi connectivity has low capacity, I had to use mobile hotspot for teleconference, but it worked well at this area.

The location is nice and quiet. All of the hotel staff were kind and attentive. The indoor thermal pool was nice and clean. The outdoor pool is big and very nice to sit at. The hotel feel is overall cozy and family-like.

Regarding the room - we asked for 2 single beds and it seems that they separated the king size bed into two, so it took a considerable amount of space on each side of the beds and since the room was already small, it felt quite cramped. We saw other rooms that were large, so other guests probably did not have our experience. The bathroom was small but manageable, but the bathroom drainage had an unpleasant odour that we at last resolved by placing a rubbish bin over it :). The A/C was set to 23 degrees with no remote, so we couldn't choose our own temperature. The appliance was mounted in unreachable spot by hand so we had to step on a chair to be able to switch it off and on (we ask for the remote at the reception and were told that there isn't any). The outside pool water was not clean (flies, bugs) We felt like the pool was not even cleaned overnight. It was very unfortunate, because otherwise it would have been perfect. We stayed for 3 nights and we expected the breakfast to have more variety, e.g. pastry.

Unfortunately, this hotel has changed for the worse, poor management from the Manager Nándor because we were in this hotel before and everything worked well, but now we booked this hotel, where it is indicated on booking.com that there is a swimming pool, Spa and etc but they decided to close it! and upon arrival they give you a paper that their pool is not working and some days they have no water and you only find out about this when you arrive at the hotel!!! some days a week there is no water in the pool, of course the client is interested to know this only upon arrival (we called the manager of Nandor and asked by the phone why his employees at the reception say one thing and then give us a paper that the pool is not working, and the paper says that it is not working from 13:00, until this time it should be working, but it has not been working since 9:00 - it is very unpleasant when the hotel deceives the client and what you hear is just sorry! Also, there was no hot water in the room, the sauna does not work but its not so big problem for us. The problem that the staff think that its Ok to. close swimming pool at 9 a..m. and say that we have to read their open time carefully where is another different information that is going to be close at 1 p. m. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel anymore.

Deception on the part of the manager, the pool was closed already at 9 in the morning and on the phone he said that upon arrival we were given a paper where the closing time of the pool was but there was different information. it was indicated from 13:00 to 21:00, of course I would like to ask why they closed it already at 9am in the morning, but in any case there was no water in it. and all I said was that we came to your hotel because of the pool, but you decided to close it suddenly and even earlier than the scheduled time. Also a very rood Manager who does not tell the truth and knowing this pretends that he is right and everything is fine for him not for guests. Maybe if they change this Kind of management they can change their service in a better level in the future because we have met also some nice person who work there.
