Location was very good

Reception staff were taking photos of customers id such as passpots in a phone, very unprofessional excuse was the printer was not working

The rooms appear to have been recently refurbished and were clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout the stay. Very good location with easy access to nearby places and convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful during the stay.

The only things I felt could be improved were the ₹1000 extra charge for early check-in, which seemed a bit expensive, and the drinking water provided. Instead of filtered water, sealed bottled water would have been better. If the hotel is concerned about reducing plastic use, sealed glass bottles would be a good alternative. Overall, it was a good stay and I would consider staying here again.

Staff were fabulous. Loved the hotel. Spa was awesome.

Food is good, staff good, wash room, bath room very tidy, spacious

There was a good gym , a good looking lobby and reception. The bathrooms were great and clean. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices

The carpet was shabby in the corridor, there was no ac in lofts and corridors. The ac in the room was not efficient. Rooftop pool did not have any towels in the changing rooms and there was no changing rooms next to the pool
