Gepflegter Klostergarten

Das Hotel hat vermutlich bessere Tage gesehen. Mangelnde Sauberkeit und zerschlissene Bettwäsche/Handtücher minderten das Wohlbefinden deutlich. Das Essen im Hotel ist sehr teuer und erfüllt nicht die Erwartungen bzw. Ankündigungen mit denen geworben wird. Was haben wir vermisst: Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen, sondern abgefertigt. Ein Gespräch mit der Chefin scheitert daran, dass sie kein Englisch spricht und deutsch nicht versteht. Eine freundliche Mitarbeiterin hat dann übersetzt so daß wir zumindest eine weniger durchgelegene Matratze bekamen. Schade für den Ort, der Gäste ansprechen und anziehen könnte mit Gastfreundlichkeit.

Es gab einen Aufzug und das Restaurant war den ganzen Tag geöffnet.

Die Betten waren viel zu niedrig und die Matratzen ebenfalls viel zu dünn. Im Bad gibt es nur eine Badewanne und keine Dusche.

Das Personal war wenig motiviert. Für die Unterstellung eines Fahrrades kostet 5€. Das Essen ist durchschnittlich und überteuert.
