The location.

There is no elevator, the rooms are big and a bit old,the hit was to hot at night time,i couldnt change the hit temparature in the room,the shower place is very small...

Very friendly and kind people looking after this hotel, excellent location in the middle of the mountains- Como lake is outstanding, good breakfast,clean quiet rooms - ideal for relaxing. It’s very good for mountain runners like me to stay here as you have a direct access to the mountains - if you want to go to the other side of the lake there is a bus stop just next to a hotel , you catch a bus and 20-30 min later you are on the other side depends where you want to go - absolutely recommended :)

The price per night could be a little bit lower :)
