Hotel Boutique Casa Degollado

It was an excellent location

There was a bar nightclub directly above the rooms. The extremely loud music went until 3 am. We would never choose this hotel again because of that nor recommend it however the front desk staff were always pleasant and willing to assist. We were not impressed with the way the maid cleans I watched her clean rooms that someone checked out of and she didn’t even wash the floor, she also didn’t wash the floor in the common area. I had to ask her to take out our bathroom garbage which she did but walked right by the other trash can. No dirty towels were ever taken nor the beds made, she never even entered the rooms. The rooms were not serviced during our entire stay.

Great Location silent for resting

Maintenance is needed due to humidity in the bathroom walls. There was an intense onion like smell around the drinkable water container in the rooms corridor.

Very noisy at night

In general I liked everything, I would only recommend that the parking space be more reachable and times too.

Everything was fine and my expectations were covered. I wanted to be in a place where there was security and calmness.

Rooms are new and well designed/clean.

Full on club outside the room/on the terrace until nearly 4am. Windows and doors are thin and extremely loud music makes it impossible to sleep. Careful as they won’t refund all of your money if you choose to leave early as a result of the loud music all night.
