The staff was really accommodating. Helped us get motorbikes and generally just good customer service. Location is close enough for night market. It's on a hill but not too high up. A great coffee shop next to it that played like music, but not too late.

Vietnam shares similar culture as China with a reunion meal on traditional New Year’s Eve, but with a GROUP of people annoying right next to you is another thing. Everyone should avoid staying in room 114. Right next to it is a kitchen. Sound proof is terrible so you can hear a group of family member drinking, screaming, shouting, laughing NON-STOP from afternoon to 1 am in the midnight. And next day in the early 7am, they start again. Isn’t it a basic principle to keep quiet after 22:00 when you stay at hotel？I also think hotel staff definitely has the duty to stop this kind of unpolite and rude behavior no matter it comes from local people or foreign tourists. Instead, they just listen to you complain and offers a room change which I have to honestly say didn’t help too much. And as many mentioned on Google map, the hotel is undergoing construction work. I assume during public holiday the workers are off duty but on normal days the dust and noise should be another big problem.

Mould on the wallpaper and ceiling. Black mould on the bathroom ceiling. Location was not ideal if you wanted to walk into town.

The place is just a bit away from busy areas and should make it a quiet place to stay, although we found Dalat not too noisy in the night anyway. The beds and the pillows were comfy.

The hotel was under construction during our stay, and it wasn't mentioned anywhere, we were absolutely not aware of this. Very loud drilling noise most of the day, when we asked about the working hours, the receptionist girl said from 8AM to 5PM. Still, the first night the concrete mixer was on and some people were working until midnight and we heard some noises before 8AM as well in the next morning. The stairs and corridors were full with dust from the work(ers), sometimes with cigarette smell as well. Also heard a lot of noise from other guests from the corridor, the noise isolation was quite bad. The room was full of mold, mostly in the bathroom window but also on the walls in the room. We asked for some compensation but got nothing. We left the hotel one day before the official checkout and asked for a refund for the last day, but received nothing.

The room we had was spacious and the receptionist was very nice and helpful. The area was good as we managed to walk into town easily. The property had no AC but thankfully there was no need for it anyway.

The room was quite dirty the bathroom had noticeable mould on the roof and the curtains were stained. There was an unpleasant smell in the room. I felt it was lacking in cleanliness. It was also very loud as we could hear our neighbours and outside the room was very loud at the window.
