My room was not as described on booking. The staff put me in the basement. Everything was terrible. It was the first time I stayed like that. When I checked out, the staff suggested that if I stayed longer, they would move me to an upper floor. It's insane. I had two awful nights in Da Lat because of the uncomfortable sleep.

Location was very handy to the market and lakeside.

Shower drain was on wrong side of bathroom resulting in a wet floor after showering.

The outside and the lobby were very pretty, I liked the whole aesthetic of the hotel.

The bed was very uncomfortable, we could feel all of the springs in the mattress digging into us, and the standard room is very small. They advertised airport shuttle services but when I asked for it they said they do not provide it.
