when I checked in the rooms they were clean

no house keeping staff, I stayed for 4 days, nobody asked for or clean the room. one of the managers was very rude. I pre booked the room for 1 night but late night My plans changed and rebooked through a website for 3 more nights. next morning I informed the staff on reception counter that I will be checking out after 3 days. You can check, I have reserved online for 3 more nights. he said ok. but a day after when I came back in the evening, one person calling himself the manager started arguing with me that why I booked the room online without asking him. I was taken aback. It was available online, so I booked it. He was very rude and kind of ordered me to cancel the reservation for 2 days as he has given some room to walk in guest. he probably has offered the room ti another guest without checking his own hotel’s online status of rooms and tried to put blame on me. He was very rude. please avoid this hotel where guests are treated that way and such ill mannered so called managers are present. They might even kick you out at the middle of the night.

Clean room with balcony. Located in the main road above Domino's Pizza. Lots of restaurants like Thalappakatti, Anjappar, Highway motel etc, are very close by. There is also a company operated HP petrol bunk nearby. Room had a neat double cot, AC, remote controlled fan, Smart Android TV, ambient light, work table and cupboard. There is huge sliding glass door for a small and beautiful balcony. Restrooms are very neat and has modern fittings. You may or may not like the smell of pizza from Domino's all the time. Staffs are very polite and courteous.

courtesy and the responsiveness of the staff is excellent. rooms and bathrooms are very clean.
