RedDoorz Plus at Sunrise Hotel Sanur

Très sale, mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain. Ils ne voulaient pas me donner de serviette de bain quand je suis arrivé et voulaient que j’attende 1h pour l’avoir ?? Le personnel ne parle pas anglais et me réveil en toquant plusieurs fois à la porte pour me donner une serviette qu’on m’avait au final donné 1h auparavant.. je ne recommande pas du tout au même pris dormir dans un hostel est mile fois mieux et propre.

Nothing like like was dearty hotel we didn't stay we paid online they don't want give back money .they show us big other room but when we arrived they want give us very bad dearty small room never book this hotel

The location is close to sanur pier for us to go to the penida island

the room is not properly maintain, its rusty and there is a water drop from the aircond which makes the floor wet. Beside, i got a notification from the chat mentioned that i have to make another payment or else my room will be cancel. Turn out the link is from another party which make booking.com is not safe platform to book a hotel.
