Lovely House

The room was very clean and comfortable, we liked the area and hotel so much, we extended and would have stayed even longer if we had the time. It did look a little bigger and brighter on the pictures but it's ok, there was still enough space and light from the small window. The shower works great, you just have to let it run for a bit before it warms up. Very good insulation so it doesn't get cold and blocks noises out well. So thankful for the drinking water dispenser, saves a lot of plastic. The kitchen dishes could be cleaner but that's on the guests who use them. It's in a quieter area with plenty of great food spots and a walking distance to the night market and Crazy House. The young receptionists were lovely, helpful and always available.

The staff was very friendly, 24h reception desk, and the room was clean. We extended several times with no problems. The location is very close to major sight seeing in the town (Crazy House, Market, the park, etc) with cute coffee shops nearby.

Nothing bad, just a note, when looking for the place with google maps, it will try to lead you to the left street after entering the side street. Don't go to the left, keep walking the small street until you see the sign of the hotel on the left side. Another note, since we ended up staying for 6 nights, I wished they would have cleaned our room (wiping the floor) maybe after the third night or so, but I also forgot to ask them to do that. I am sure they would have with no issue of I'd asked them.

The room is small but homey. Nicely situated with restaurants around. Quiet at night which is great.

Furniture is a bit worn out but acceptable.

Clean rooms

Staff wasn't very accomodating or helpful. We didn't feel that welcome. In this price category we've had much better stays in Vietnam

Wasn’t hot water in our room, but I read other rooms had hot water so idk but it wasn’t a big deal for us at all
