.Price: I used to stay in a residency with higher prices around this area. It never gives me a very good impression on cleanness, & comfort, but Icon residency does! Cleanness: It is well maintained property inside the residency and inside the room. When entering into property, you feel like walking into a top-grade hotel. Get to places: restaurants, ATMs, malls for minor shopping, it is far from beaches. Staff: They are helpful and understand our needs

Facilities: It should have provided with a kettle and a mini fridge. Tea, coffee & toilet tissue provisions are missing. Towels and bed linens are cr@p. better take your own pillow cover. .Location: Train station is bit far but still walkable to

Location us good, Rooms are spacious and clean, staff polite good but no breakfast. No food provision, lots of eataries nearby.

Provision for breakfast should be included.
