The woman who worked at the sunglasses store offered to tighten our sunglasses. She tightened my friends Gucci glasses too much, and they broke a day later

The service was excellent from the doormen to the room cleaners. A special thanks for superb hospitality to: Elderly Doorman (sadly I didn’t get his name) who was very helpful with my bags Doorman Ilayaraja Reception check in Curie who was very personable Prabhu who was in charge of our room..very caring and thoughtful to details Napoleon and Bala at the Taj Club, who never forget what kind of coffee we liked Sous Chef Dayalan who took the trouble to come up to us at the dining room to ask if everything was alright and to offer live station dishes The waiting staff of Southern Spice including the manager who made the extra effort to ensure that we were satisfied with our meal. Even the spa masseuse were great! Thank you once again. 🙏🏼

Location, convenience, cleanliness and quietness.

Staff particularly at the check in could be more welcoming rather than being robotic. Same goes to staff in restaurants, though service is good, warmth is missing!

Le petit-déjeuner était fantastique avec la possibilité de prendre du continental ou de manger tout indien. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Même chose pour le service d'étage impeccable et digne de celui d'un palace français. Tout le personnel est au top dans cet hôtel. La chambre est très confortable.

Malgré la qualité du personnel, on sent parfois comme un flottement dans l'organisation elle-même. Au petit-déjeuner (où il faut parfois attendre une place--pourquoi un espace aussi petit ?), on a l'impression que le management ne suit pas forcément. De la même façon, la surveillance parfois appliquée du côté de la piscine et qui consiste à vous demander systématiquement votre numéro de chambre à chaque fois que vous prenez un transat dénote un peu avec le standing de l'hôtel. Autre point, quand il est plein, vous avez presque l'impression d'être dans une usine et la présence de seulement 3 ascenseurs peut se révéler insuffisante pour vous aider à accéder à votre étage. Enfin, l'environnement reste pour l'instant bruyant : il y a des chantiers tout autour de l'hôtel.
