Very nice decorated Hotel, room spacious whith windows on 2 sides. Family hotel, owner very helpfull and friendly, gave information about Dalat what to do and where. Provides various excurtions. Room clean, with eveyting you need for your personal care. Owner was ready to change the matress if it was too hard for me. No breakfast available. I have enjoyed my stay there

Nothing I am aware of. Maybe the location, not easy to find. During my stay the renovation works of the next door hotel caused some noise. Limited damage.

The hotel owner was very friendly and helpful. We could check-in straight after our arrival at 7am. The second room we had was on the 2nd floor and was the complete opposit of the room on the ground floor. It was very quiet and homy. We were happy with the room even if the bed was also very hard. Rooms were in general clean. We would recommend the hotel as long as the room isn't on the ground floor.

We booked 2 separate rooms, which were on separate floors. Unfortunately our rooms were very different. One room was on the ground floor right next to the entrance. The windows in the room and bathroom couldn't get closed and there was a gap for ventilation to the entrance, which was also the living room of the owner. So it was quite loud and someone was watching TV untill 3am. The beds were both really hard, so not exactly great for people with back problems.

the location is very good. The hostess is very helpful and kind. Helps in all matters. I like that the shower is separated by a partition. It was warm to sleep at night.

There is smoking in the corridor, it is not pleasant to be there. The conversation of other guests can be heard in the room from the corridor. I happened to have very loud neighbors. The room is very small.

Excellent location, right in the middle of the sight-seeing of Da Lat. The room has tons of natural light with big windows that you can open. The host was very nice, gave us fresh towels often, and did our laundry. Some noise from neighbor's dogs and construction, but a generally quiet area. No traffic noise. For the price, this is an excellent choice.

Beds are the very hard kind. It seems like the norm in this area, though. The wifi was also quite bad. I relied on my hotspot for work about half of the time. The bedding doesn't include a top sheet, but just one of the large blankets that you often see in the area. This felt a bit icky, but it seemed clean.

The room was big enough. Tv was working with some channels in English. Few minutes away from the center by foot. The staff was really helpful despite the limited English.

There was trash in the trash cans both in the bedroom and the bathroom. Despite the 'Dont disturb ' sign, the room was made.

The hotel is located in a quiet alley but straight in the city center, close to everything. The hosts are nice and kind and they allowed us to check in early (6.30am) which was extremely conveniet after a very long night trip. It was fairly quiet, which in Vietnam is a great surprise. Good value

The bed was a bit hard. There is no heating, although it can get a bit cold. The decor is kind of outdated

The owners of Binh Dao Hotel are so sweet and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. The Location is perfect, walking distance from all the sights at the city center. Even Da lat is noisy and bustling, Binh Dao hotel is hidden in a small authentic back street, so you are not getting bothered by the noise from the city.. thank you Binh Dao♥️
