Booking.com did my booking with breakfast despite no operational kitchen at the property which created a dispute You wrongly published room with breakfast which was actually not available. I do remember there was two categories, with or without breakfast so I booked with breakfast same communication reached to hotel also in morning but later they denied due to some issue and you also aligned with them and removed the breakfast.you check still your site giving many wrong information like SHARED KITCHEN, there is no such concept of shared kitchen. This you doing deliberately so I rate zero to booking.com
