Everything was as it was in the pictures They give us water every morning Offered house keeping on the 2nd day The breakfast buffet comes with a coffee machine Staff were very friendly and helpful

Front desk staff didn't allow for early check-in even after paying additional charges. I was forced to sit at the reception with my family for more than 45 minutes.

They were okay. They helped us with online food order on the first night of stay.

They provide us a haunted room. There were paranormal activities in the room. As we went there for treatment, we were out from 9 am to 7pm. At first, we didn't understand well what was happening as we were tired because of doctor appointments and lab tests. Later, my mother got hurt due to some unknown push and there was always a feeling of someone's presence in the room. Even at the morning at 4am, out of nowhere, someone was calling my name and knocking at the door of the room. Also, they didn't provide drinking water or come for room cleaning after evening even though i called. Later, i called 4/5 times for room cleaning and asked for drinking water numerous times. A really horrible experience in my 10th visit to chennai 😞😞😞😞😞.
