Let me get the main drawback out of the way - the check-in system needs work. The web app did not work and failed to scan our docs. The other app they made me download, for the door lock, did not work either on Android. We ended up getting physical key cards. Other than that, very spacious rooms. Modern and well appointed building. Excellent breakfast. Underground parking was also included. One other minor gripe was the lack of fridge / ice cubes.

The receptionist was awesome,very helpful with information. The room was very nice and clean.

The hotel itself is very good spacious and clean. Almost all of the staff are very friendly. Apart from the women in the bar/restaurant with short pinkish hair who has terrible customer service and was very rude. I ordered food there and she didn’t even bring it to me. Just left it on the bar and didn’t tell me and it was sat there for 20 mins? Very incompetent and shouldn’t be working there. But apart from that I can’t complain.

With its excellent location and proximity to the metro station, it's the perfect base for exploring or working remotely in Sofia. The spacious and clean rooms are like a home from home - the breakfast is excellent and varied, and the amenities (including a gym and various bespoke configured workspaces) offer excellent value for money. But what really sets this hotel apart is the highly professional and friendly team who are always on hand to help with any request - day or night. I will definitely be returning here. Don't miss out on this gem!
