Frühstück war passabel.

La comodidad de la habitación, la amplitud, la limpieza, el desayuno buenísimo, parking para dejar el coche. Sin duda volvería. La nevera una maravilla también. El baño perfecto.

La ubicación está alejada del centro, si no te importa andar como a nosotros no es problema. En unos 30 minutos estás en el centro andando. La almohada muy fina y el aire no se podía regular, hacía mucho calor y no se podía poner el aire frío. Un poco caro para lo que es Bulgaria, pero merece la pena.

The staff were always super friendly and helpful. The room as well is stunning, very big and spacious and gorgeous view. Lovely lights too and the bathroom is lovely. The spa facilities are also super lovely and convenient Breakfast was good

Unfortunately the area itself is a bit dodgy at night time. Also, despite staying in October our room was unbearably hot to the point that we couldn't sleep. We asked the staff who told us the only thing that would help is opening the window. While the window did help a little bit it also allowed noise in from the street, trams, and trains outside, which run from 6:30am to midnight meaning it was basically impossible to sleep. There were also other very loud guests that played music and shouted until 5am on one night.

Conforto e localização. Quarto espaçoso, cama e almofadas bastantes confortáveis. É bastante perto do centro, tem transportes à entrada. Relação qualidade-preço excelente, recomendo.

O pequeno-almoço, deveria ter mais variedade e pão fresco. Pode ser um pouco barulhento com a janela aberta, elétricos e autocarros a passar com regularidade.

We loved the stuff!! People on reception were very kind and helped us with everything we wanted, even turned of sauna at 11Pm for us ♥️. Room service was also very nice. They cleaned the room every Day.

Wellness was smaller and we would love hot tub but for the price it was good

Breakfast was good

Bed was terrible
