Unfortunately, Hotel Jasmin did not meet our expectations. We were on a long journey and were looking for a convenient place to rest near the ring road. The hotel has a good location for this purpose. There is also a sufficiently large parking area and a nearby restaurant where food can be ordered from the kitchen until 10:00 PM. The hotel certainly has potential, but unfortunately, this is where the positive aspects ended for us.

We were travelling with a child who uses a wheelchair. For this reason, we specifically chose a hotel that stated that the upper floors were accessible by elevator. In reality, the situation was quite different. To reach the elevator, you first have to go down a flight of stairs to the basement level. There is technically a ramp, but it is practically unusable because of its extremely steep incline. I would ask the person who came up with this solution to sit in a wheelchair and try to go down or up that ramp themselves. This is not simply a lack of respect for people with disabilities — it is humiliating. In addition, our wheelchair did not fit into the elevator. It was already late in the evening, and fortunately there were enough of us to carry the wheelchair up to the second floor, but it was an extremely unpleasant and exhausting experience. When we finally entered Room 201, which is marketed as an upgraded room, we encountered another disappointment. The table was sticky and covered with stains and marks. I am attaching photos to this review. In our opinion, the price of the stay does not reflect the level of service or the condition of the room. We hope that the owners will address these issues, because the hotel has a good location and real potential, but significant improvements are needed to meet guests’ expectations.
