Hotel Rai

За пореден път отсядам и съм доволен всичко бе според описаното и работеше, отлична локация имаше всичко необходимо.

It is how it was described. Just don't have high expectations. The location is fine for me, since I don't mind taking the bus to the city centre. I like exploring the city via public transport, and Sofia's transport system doesn't disappoint. So I think this hotel is good if you need a cheaper place that's easily accessible and offers privacy (non-hostel). I also like that their TV is working - I mean, the cable is functioning. I get to watch something in English while relaxing. Some hotels have really good rooms with a couple of TVs offered, but none of them works. So, kudos to Hotel Rai for treating their guest with this. Lastly, for BG standards, I think their staff are nicer compared to most Bulgarian people I dealt with in the hospitality sector. I couldn't believe how rude they can be (as if they were doing us a favour by staying in their hotels and eating at their restaurants while we pay them). So that is why I said, by BG standards, I think the staff here are way nicer than others.

Breakfast was a bit meh, but still better than none. My room also smells like cigarettes, even though it is labelled a non-smoking room. I have also kept the windows open for ventilation, but it still smells like cigarettes. I think that's because my room is above the smoking area? I don't know. It is good that there are extra pillows, but they do not have pillowcases.

Климатика не работеше, хладилникът не работеше, нямаше телевизор, леглата са много малки за възрастен човек

La posizione è buona, vicina alla fermata di diversi mezzi di trasporto pubblici e con diversi ristoranti nei paraggi.

La struttura e la stanza non erano ben puliti. In particolare la moquette della camera aveva diversi peli e rotoli di polvere. La tavola della colazione aveva tovaglie di carta sporche, evidentemente non cambiate dalla giornata precedente. Nella stanza si percepiva l'odore di fumo di sigaretta proveniente probabilmente dai condotti dell'aria. Inoltre la stanza aveva le tende rotte e lasciate penzoloni.

легко добраться и быстро вселились, в стоимость включен завтрак, но сам завтрак достаточно "скромный"

при заказе номера было четко сказано "для некурящих", а по факту номер очень вонял куревом, даже с учетом постоянно открытой форточки, в номере очень давно не было ремонта.
