some of the staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable

the Aircon sounded like a tank driving through the room, there was no curtains on the window!! I went down to reception and reported it and was told this would be rectified, I returned to the hotel later to find there was still no curtains up, I went down to reception to complain to be confronted by a drunken woman on reception asking me what do I think she should do about it!! I think I had 1 hour sleep before a full day of travelling, never again
