"All a bit odd"

Very quiet for a good nights sleep. Room was clean and functional.

Property was closed when I arrived which was a little concerning, however after a phone call a lady appeared from over the road to let me in and check me in. I was given a key to let myself in and out of the hotel, as the lady left. Hotel restaurant was closed for dinner and no breakfast offered. Given the location in a very small town this left me having to drive to a local town to get an evening meal and buy some drinks. Noting there's no kettle in the room so no way of having a hot drink. Towels were all frayed and need replacing. Hotel rules say no pets, however a family with a dog did check-in
