"Exceptional"

The room was nice and the bathroom was gigantic, but it did not have a lot of storage space. The location is a bit far but still in a walkable distance.

Location, availability of cheaper parking places in a 10 minutes walk

soundproofing, apparently hotel is placed in very hectic street. There is a club below the hotel. They were kind enough to change and upgrade my room on the secont day of my 3 nights day, that't why I am rating them high, but still, on the last night the guest on the upper floow was making noice during the night, and I couldn't reach the reception to ask them to contact that guest and to ask to be quieter. I ended up being able to sleep at around 5 am in the morning.
