"Disappointing"

Located in front of downtown plaza square and within minutes of the Bucaramanga airport.

Receptionist was rude and not welcoming. No hot water. Door lock was broken. No air conditioner. TV didn’t worked.

"Good hotel for a short stay. Watch out for the church bells"

It was a good stay. The hotel is located right in the main park of Giron, which is nice to have everything accessible. Nice colonial style and OK for a night or a couple of nights.

Since the hotel is right at the main park, the problem was that the bells of the church started before 5 am and went for almost 45 minutes. So the location turned out to be not a plus, but on the contrary
