THIRD PARTY CREDIT CARD ARE NOT ACCEPTED. For security reasons THE SAME CREDIT CARD USED TO GUARANTEE THE BOOKING MUST BE PRESENT UPON CHECK-IN in order to finalize the pre-authorization and/or verify the cardholder. In case guest is unable to provide the same credit card, another valid payment method will be requested. - Upon check-in CREDITCARD (Visa/Mastercard) details will be requested in order to guarantee the extras and any incidentals, room damages. - To provide the credit card details is MANDATORY, if not, the hotel will pre-authorize 500 Euro as a guarantee. The settlement of the extras will be requested each time the sum is reached, while the pre-authorization will be voided upon check-out. Please note that an early check-in or late check-out can normally be arranged at an additional cost. • Before 14:00 / Until 16:00 – 50% of room rate • Before 10:00 / After 16:00 – 100% of room rate. The Gala Dinner on the 24th and 31st December is mandatory, the price is 85 Euro per person, to be settled directly at the hotel. - The “Tourism Environmental Sustainability Levy” is NOT incorporated in our establishments’ prices/ rates and NOT included in the total amount of your payment. The Levy Tax will be collected upon arrival/departure directly at the front desk in Seychelles Rupees. - All travelers to the Seychelles must apply for the digital Travel Authorization through the Seychelles Electronic Border System website. Before traveling to Seychelles, please follow the link http://tourism.gov.sc/ for the latest tourism guidelines as they are continually revised. - Visitors must ensure that they have valid travel insurance with full medical coverage, including COVID-19 related medical care and eventual quarantine expenses, for the whole duration of their stay in Seychelles.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
