Direkt am Strand (ruhige kleine Bucht mit weichem Sand und seitlichen Felsen zum Schnorcheln und Schwimmen) Liegen mit Meerblick und toller Pool vorhanden. Schönes, großzügiges Zimmer in modernem Stil Zum Hotel gehören ein Buffet- und ein A la Carte- Restaurant, insb. letzteres bietet tolle Cocktails (mit Happy Hour am Nachmittag) und leckeres Essen zu fairen Preisen an. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet in angenehmer Atmosphäre und mit schönem Ausblick aufs Meer.

Das „Early Breakfast to go“ am Abreisetag war etwas lieblos. Das Abendessen im Buffet-Restaurant war etwas teuer (40€ p.P. ohne Getränke).

The location, view from room, facilities provided and the whole ambience The staff at the reception were extremely friendly,interactive and helpful .They made sure we were comfortable and made arrangements for us even after checking out as we had a late flight the same evening

Nothing major..maybe you can consider adding a few more options for the snacks provided at tea

Lo que más nos gustó fue la playa del hotel

Tolles Hotel uns hat alles gefallen :) es gibt nichts was uns in den 4 Tagen, an denen wir da waren gestört hat.

The overall atmosphere of the place was nice, well maintained garden. Hotel located by a little beautiful beach. The Garden room was very spacious and nicely decorated. The staff of the reception was very communicative and supportive prior and during the stay. All of the staff was super helpful. Both restaurants at the hotel were good, not fancy but ok, basic food. If coming in early or leaving late I recommend purchasing a day pass at the hotel - it was a great option to stay around the pool + lunch + shower.

1. The car park is too small for guests especially during busy times of the restaurant. This should be improved with reception ensuring there is parking at least for the arrival day. Being tired after long trip + looking for parking stressed is not the best experience upon arrival for a 4* hotel … 2. Not sure if this was one-off situation but during my 12 day trip to Seychelles the only place that terminals declined my cards was the Rockpool restaurant. When my third card got declined for no reason and I’ve told the waitress to reset the terminal as I indeed had funds on all cards - she became rude saying that other guests just paid with no issue and it’s my fault. After resetting the terminal, I was able to pay with the exact same card🙄 the waitress should work on her attitude I guess.. 🙏

Sehr nettes Personal, Rezeption war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich, süßer kleiner Strand sowie schöner Pool im Grünen. Super Frühstück

Location right at the beach. We had a beach side room. That’s way better view than the garden side rooms. Enjoyed the sunsets over sea horizon from our balcony and restaurants

Location

It wouldn’t be fair to say it’s a bad hotel because the location and foof is good. But there are details that make a difference. For example, on the last day I was in a hurry to catch my ferry, and they made me go back to the room to return a plug they had lent me. That’s not very considerate toward a guest who’s stressed about catching their ferry. Another thing is that we lost one night at the hotel and two breakfasts; we didn’t ask for a refund, but it would have been nice if they had shown some kind of gesture. These aren’t serious issues, but I think it’s these small details that make the difference.
