Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit.das Frühstück war auch sehr gut mit einer sehr angenehmen Atmosphäre zum sitzen. Die Anbindung an Köln ist durch die S+Bahn wirklich sehr gut......die Gegend um das Hotel dagegen bietet nicht sehr viel. Dennoch empfehlenswert, wenn man ein bisschen außerhalb von Köln zur Ruhe kommen will. Die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage sind sehr eng, aber auch hier wurde mir unkompliziert geholfen

"Wir fühlten uns rundum gut untergebracht und kommen auch wieder ins Uhu"

Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß, modern eingerichtet und wurde täglich sehr gut hergerichtet. Im Frühstücksraum war ausreichend Platz und das Frühstück war prima. Wir haben nichts vermißt und alles war frisch und lecker. Wir hatten einen Stellplatz im Hof, die Parkflächen waren ausreichend groß und wer mit E-Auto anreist findet auch Ladestellen. Das Hotel liegt 150 Meter entfernt vom Regio-Bahnhof Dellbrück somit geht es schnell in die Innenstadt
