Struttura caratteristica e ben ristrutturata, con un bel giardino sul retro e una piccola piscina. Camera accogliente e pulita, bel bagno. Colazione a buffet con brioche fresche e una buona varietà di scelta. Staff accogliente e disponibile. Molto parcheggio libero gratuito in strada davanti alla struttura.

Красивая вилла с паркингом на улице прямо перед окном. Это было удобно и безопасно. Замечательно, что в саду был бассейн. Номер был большой и довольно комфортный, много полотенец. Дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. Для двух ночей вполне подходящее место.

В душевой кабине была плесень по углам, в саду были красивые столы и стулья, но к сожалению очень пыльные и грязные, сидеть за ними было не приятно.

Location was in the city center.

The room was dirty and stuffy. We could not open the window to let the fresh air in as they were all locked. The host dismissed us when we asked for a different room or to unlock the windows and told us that it is noted on Booking that the windows are not allowed to be opened - this is not true, we checked again on Booking. There were flies and mosquitoes in the room, the bed was uncomfortable. We did not like our stay and the hospitality of this place and we wouldn't recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast choices, great garden and a pool and a really nice room with a comfortable bed and bathroom. We had a rental car so it was easy to visit Bologna, Ferrara and Padua. Highly recommend.

Excellent small, simple hotel in a small town within easy reach of Ferrara and Ravenna. Nice pool. Great restaurants within walking distance. Easy (free) street parking. Great value. Staff incredibly helpful before and during our visit. Highly recommended.
