the location was excellent and the outside bar had a really good view.

when we arrived the reception wasn't manned and no-one was answering the intercom to open the barrier. we had to go upstairs to find someone to assist. there was no breakfast available and the showers in 2 of the rooms weren't working.

Nice location, we were able to stay in car park after check out this was extremely helpful. Nice staff, clean rooms

No breakfast, so had to find somewhere else.

Location

Parking - there was a regatta on that weekend, I booked months beforehand so they should have told me that I may struggle to park. I had to park in a different area and walk to the yacht club. Not acceptable. I only booked here as there was parking.
