Masawara Urban Retreat

This was our second stay at the Retreat, having spent 3 days prior. Simply outstanding and will be back. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent and could not want a better service from the staff. So helpful and friendly, a wee hidden gem right in Harare must visit. Pick up from and too the airport was always on time even took us to a local restaurant and picking us up outstanding service.. Although I didn't play on my trip, I did visit the golf courses excellent condition and worth a knock. Thank you for the memories, till next time.

It was a very short visit. Everything went well.

The breakfast was fantastic with a wide choice All the staff were very warm and welcoming nothing was too much bother. The hotel was very relaxing a lovely location

Fantastic welcome from staff and management. Food breakfast lunch and dinner outstanding. Staff just could not do enough for us throughout our stay. We will be back, for another 2 nights 25/27 May.

Time flew by. We loved the place.

Absolutely beautiful setting and the most helpful and accommodating staff that go the extra mile to assist you. Highly recommend the setting and the rooms. High standard of accommodation that I have stayed at in Zimbabwe.

Masawara Urban Retreat is beautiful and the staff are wonderful. The host Lindiwe, is exceptional. Great communication beforehand which, as a solo traveller, was very reassuring. She also personally met me at the airport (with the transfer driver) which was such a comfort. Once at the hotel, Lindiwe made the check-in process as smooth as possible and showed me to my beautiful, clean room, complete with electric blanket on the bed which felt amazing! I had breakfast in the morning, which was freshly made and delicious, sat outside on the terrace. My stay here, although only for 1 night, was just what I needed after such a long flight and I sincerely hope to return. Next time I will stay longer, especially since they also have a spa! Thank you so much Lindiwe, you're a superstar!
