The hotel was easy to access, has prompt service, courteous staff, spacious and well maintained room & bathroom, good parking space, good quality south Indian complementary breakfast and and attached restaurant with palatable food options.

AC was set on default and we couldn't change settings, although it cooled the room so didnt cause any problem.

The house keeping and security were good.

The hotel needs a makeover.

Location of the room, ok staff, clean rooms. Enough parking. Even space for overnight parking.

Has some old school policies, like no outside food allowed - reason "they have there own restaurant." . During breakfast my little one did not want to eat so I packed some in a box for later. The hotel staff said that parcel is not allowed for breakfast buffet. More other hotels are giving breakfast on the go.

An old and tired hotel, the shower was dirty with mold, I had to ask to clean it. Smelt of sewers too
