Chaca Beach

Little bit worry about previous review. But our room was clean with kitchen & laundry inside. It is not a 5 stars hotel but they keep it really good. Some restaurants around, little bit noisy in the afternoon but it is very quite at night. The house is out of the city central , around 2 kms from the Han bridge but it is near the beach, for us it perfect. The most special is the reception - lady in front of the house - she is friendly and quick reponse with every request. Value for the money. Recommend

Staff were great and the bed was comfy

The toilet was quite dirty and smelled bad. Something to consider: It's opposite a karaoke place, so it can get quite noisy at night. The location was a bit far from the main city so you need transport as the streets are not easy to walk.

Covenience place with many restaurant around. It is near the beach in quiet area, we love it. We can self-checkin at midnight. So lucky we have a sunny day and we love the pool in the house. You can have party there if you can go here with a group. There is a lady work there , she help us alot with everything.. arrange car to go to HoiAn, BaNahill. Thank you for hosting us.

Chaca Beach House actually feels like home. The room aren’t fancy as five stars but they come with small kitchen and utensil - incase you want to cook something in them. I think most rooms have balcony where you can get fresh air. The staff is really good. A middle-aged women is mostly incharge of property who will run for your needs. She left her wallet in my room while I checked in with full of cash. For once I thought to keep it but then I saw her panic very badly and returned it to her with a good tip to compensate for my bad thoughts. The next day I checked out leaving away my charger in room to a different place in different area. And after I reached I realized it and contacted them to see if they can drop it at my new hotel. And I slept away in my new hotel. They were kind enough to send someone with my charger - only that I woke-up realizing I lost my expensive new yoga mat and I see the messages from hotel. They had my yoga mat too and they also dropped it to my new property with my charger. Karma is real. I’d recommend anyone with this hotel on budget who wants to stay near the beach and peaceful location in Da Nang.

Breakfast was not including but they offer to help us arrange breakfast as room. Many recommendation. Easy to contact with host. They say yes to all of my request.The room is huge with free water, laundry, cleaning service - we loved our stay here. Best place for travel.
